You feel stressed AF. Brain fog? Yep. No motivation? Been there. You’re paralyzed, standing in your own way and can’t figure out where to start. Nothing makes sense, but then again, everything makes sense. Random anxiety pops up as a detriment in the way of where you see yourself thrive. Nobody understands and sometimes, you don’t even have the energy to help them to see anything and really don't give a shit anyways. You’re depleted but hungry at the same time. Drowning but still hanging on to the one float you can see that hasn’t dwindled away yet….that nearby friend called hope.
It is hard to get to this place, but that hope serves as a motivation when everything is almost out of reach but still in the view.
You’ve been stuck in an existential crisis - a push pull phenomenon - for a very long time. Nobody understands, nobody cares, nobody has ever been in “this” exact place (mentally). Craving more, searching for nothing and everything. You just want to feel like yourself, somehow. Craving, yearning, longing to exist in some capacity beyond what people can see. Getting back in touch with the us feeling, the home that is familiar, and the version that ignites, not erupts. The version of yourself that clicks. Feels right. Feels good.

It’s monotonous! You feel so much pressure to be perfect and you’re sick of it. Life doesn't have to feel so chaotic. You don’t need to neglect your own needs to receive love. You are lovable, you just have layers of pain that have blinded your ability to see the real you. But that pain does not have to hinder your potential. Once you find the child-like version of you, you can tap into your confident nature, and tell a different story to yourself that will represent who you REALLY are to yourself and to others.
You want to get back to the place to make life make sense, but getting there can be tough.
Too often, you get in your own way. Often times when we get there, we end up stuck again, not feeling able to push beyond the abyss. It’s relentless. Maybe it isn’t supposed to make sense. Maybe we’re not on a torturous loop that keeps spinning. Maybe, instead, it is a linear path that has some pit stops along the way but the progression forward is undeniable despite the lows that are actually the pieces of the highs waiting to come. Maybe we can learn to roll with it. Whatever “it” even is. This yucky feeling. Maybe we can lean into us just a little bit, and break free by becoming friends with the enemy, ourselves.
